Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Guests must be at least 21 years old.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please bring an appetite for fun, a giving spirit for our kids, and your dancing shoes. No outside alcohol is allowed... a full, no-host bar is available.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?

Printed tickets are not necessary. All guests will be checked in by name from our guest list.

Is my ticket transferable?

Tickets can be transferred to another person prior to October 17, 2024. Please email durhamgala@gmail.com for assistance.

Can I update my ticket reservation information?

Please email durhamgala@gmail.com prior to October 17, 2024.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or table reservation doesn't match the person who attends?

All guests will be invited to pre-register for a smooth check-in process. If you need assistance transferring your ticket to another person, please email durhamgala@gmail.com prior to October 17, 2024 to prevent any confusion.

What is the refund policy?

Sorry, we do not issue refunds.

Can I pay for a sponsorship online?

Online sponsorships are available now! We would prefer to receive sponsorship payment by check to avoid processing fees, but you will have the option to cover the processing fees with your online purchase. Checks must be written to "Durham PTS" and note it is for the Gala. You may bring a check to the Durham Unified School District Office, or mail it to:
